Refund Policy

At Quickit Grocery, your satisfaction is our top priority. We work hard to ensure that every order is accurate, fresh, and delivered promptly. However, if something goes wrong, we offer a fair and transparent refund process.


1. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a full or partial refund under the following circumstances:

  • You received the wrong item(s)

  • Items were missing from your order

  • Delivered products were damaged, spoiled, or expired

  • The order was canceled before vendor confirmation

  • The order was canceled by the vendor or Quickit Grocery

⚠️ Note: Perishable goods like fresh meat, vegetables, dairy, or prepared food cannot be returned once delivered, but refunds may be granted after verification.


2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The order was delivered as confirmed and the issue is based on personal preference (e.g., taste, size, brand)

  • You were unavailable at the time of delivery and the delivery partner made reasonable attempts

  • The complaint is made after the refund window (see below)

  • The item was consumed or partially used


3. Refund Request Time Frame

To be eligible for a refund:

  • You must raise a request within 1 hour of delivery for damaged, spoiled, or incorrect items

  • For canceled orders, refunds will be processed automatically if cancellation is successful


4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Open the Quickit Grocery app

  2. Go to My Orders

  3. Select the relevant order

  4. Tap “Report an Issue” or contact us at 📧 support@quickitgrocery.com

Please include photos (if applicable), a brief explanation, and your order ID for faster resolution.


5. Refund Processing Time

Once approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider


6. Partial Refunds

In some cases, a partial refund may be issued:

  • When only part of the order is affected (e.g., 1–2 items missing or damaged)

  • When a product substitution was accepted but not satisfactory


7. Support & Disputes

If you’re not satisfied with how your refund was handled, please contact our customer support. We’ll make every effort to resolve your concern fairly and promptly.
