At Quickit Grocery, we aim to make grocery and meat delivery as fast, safe, and reliable as possible. This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines how our delivery services work, estimated delivery times, and your rights as a customer.
We currently offer delivery services in selected localities and cities. You can check if we deliver to your location by enabling location access in the app or manually entering your delivery address during checkout.

Deliveries are fulfilled by local stores, restaurants, and third-party delivery personnel ("Delivery Partners"). Quickit Grocery acts as a facilitator between you and these Vendors and Delivery Partners.
Estimated delivery time depends on:
Your location
Store/vendor preparation time
Product availability
Traffic or weather conditions
You will see an estimated delivery window during checkout. Most orders are delivered within 30 to 90 minutes from confirmation.

Delivery charges may apply based on:
Distance from the store
Order value
Special delivery instructions or scheduling
Delivery fees (if any) will be clearly shown at checkout before you place your order.
After placing an order, you can:
Track your delivery status in real-time within the app
Receive notifications when your order is accepted, prepared, out for delivery, and delivered
If you're not available at the time of delivery:
The delivery partner will attempt to contact you via call or in-app chat
If delivery is unsuccessful after reasonable attempts, the order may be canceled without refund
You may be charged a re-delivery or restocking fee
For security and accuracy, you may be asked to:
Show a valid ID or order confirmation
Provide an OTP or code sent via SMS/email/app
This helps ensure that your order is delivered safely to the right person.
Due to the nature of our products (fresh produce, meat, dairy, etc.):
We do not accept returns after delivery
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt
If you receive damaged, spoiled, or incorrect items, contact us within 1 hour of delivery
