Welcome to Quickit Grocery ("we", "us", or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Quickit Grocery mobile application (the "App") and any related services provided through the App. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
You may use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree:
To provide accurate and current information
Not to use the App for fraudulent or illegal activities
Not to interfere with the operation or security of the App
To comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations
To place orders, you must create an account by providing your name, contact details, and a valid delivery address. You are responsible for:
Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activity that occurs under your account
Updating your information to keep it accurate
The App uses your device's location to:
Show nearby stores, products, and delivery options
Estimate delivery time and cost
Enable accurate order dispatch
You may disable location access at any time in your device settings. Disabling location may limit app functionality.
Orders are fulfilled by independent local stores, vendors, or restaurants ("Vendors") listed on the platform. Quickit Grocery acts only as a facilitator between you and the Vendors.
We aim for timely and accurate deliveries, but delays may occur due to external factors (traffic, weather, vendor capacity, etc.). We are not responsible for delivery delays once the order is dispatched.
All products are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock, the Vendor may contact you to offer a substitute or cancel that item.
All prices are shown in your local currency and include applicable taxes (unless stated otherwise).
You agree to pay the full amount at checkout using one of the supported payment methods.
Payments are securely processed via third-party payment gateways. Quickit Grocery does not store your full payment information.
Refund and cancellation policies may vary depending on the Vendor. In general:
Orders may be canceled before they are confirmed by the Vendor.
Refunds will be processed in cases of missing, damaged, or incorrect items, subject to verification.
Refund processing times may vary based on the payment method used.

You may communicate with our support team via the in-app chat. Communications may be monitored for quality assurance, training, and dispute resolution purposes.
All content on the App, including logos, graphics, images, text, and software, is owned by or licensed to Quickit Grocery. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use our content without written permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for:
Violation of these Terms
Fraudulent or abusive behavior
Inactivity or suspected security breaches
Quickit Grocery is not liable for:
Any loss or damage arising from use or inability to use the App
Issues with Vendors, products, delivery delays, or incorrect orders
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our maximum liability to you in any circumstance will not exceed the total amount paid by you for the relevant order.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The latest version will always be available within the App or at time of installation/update.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your local jurisdiction. Any disputes arising will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of local courts.
